For three days the festival will sprawl out in the luxuriant setting of Lake Tahoe’s south shore, offering three main stages and over forty-five world-class musicians to help ring in what is sure to be an unbeatable New Year’s Eve celebration. Brought to you by the producers of the SnowBall Music Festival (Avon, CO), SnowGlobe promises to be a unique music festival experience, combining music and mountains to create an unstoppable force of fun this New Year’s Eve. Besides three days of music Dec. 29-31 on the campus of Lake Tahoe Community College – all outside — discounted lift tickets for festival patrons, a rail jam and a midnight fireworks display on New Year’s Eve are all part of the party. To make sure no one gets a DUI or slips on black ice or runs into a snowbank, SnowGlobe is providing free shuttles to and from designated parking locations throughout the South Shore. 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Santa’s Workshop will be recreated in Heavenly Village inside of a 16-foot interactive snow globe. Children and families will be able to go inside of the snow globe to sit on Santa’s lap for a unique experience and photo opportunity. There will be a DJ playing holiday music daily from Dec 19-23 and on Dec 24 we will be graced with live music from the Dickens Boys.
